Robotic Pipetting System

This contract is for the purchase, installation, and warranty maintenance of one Integra Assist Plus Robotic Pipetting System in the Toxicology laboratory. The contract includes a firm fixed fee of $32,956.86 and has a term of three years. The contractor, Integra Biosciences Corp., is responsible for providing the equipment, services, and maintenance as outlined in the scope of work. The contract includes provisions for payment, invoicing, and taxation, as well as requirements for insurance, indemnification, and compliance with laws and regulations. Some key aspects of the contract include: • The contractor shall provide an all-inclusive warranty for parts and service for one year from the date of operation. • The contractor shall provide maintenance services, repair services, and other on-site services to keep the County's instruments performing in accordance with the operating specifications. • The contractor shall provide loaner equipment during maintenance and/or repair, if requested by the County. • The contractor shall provide phone and on-site workflow support. • The County shall make an unlimited number of technical support and service calls. • The contractor shall respond to service calls placed by the County within 48 hours of the initial request for service and respond in-person/on-site within 7 days of the initial request.
