Description
The California State University is seeking a construction manager at risk to provide construction management services with a guaranteed maximum price for the renovation and sitework of Building 19 at the UU Neighborhood. The project includes interior renovations, exterior improvements, and the installation of new roofing, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm systems. The project budgeted direct construction cost is $18,500,000. The contract will be awarded to a pre-qualified construction manager who submits the lowest fee proposal.
