On-Call Professional Services FY24-FY29

The City of Prescott has awarded a contract to Lee Engineering, LLC. for on-call professional services related to traffic engineering. The contract includes services such as traffic signal design, traffic operations analysis, and development of signal timing. The contract has a term of one year with the option for four one-year extensions. The maximum contract amount is $150,000 per fiscal year. The contract requires the vendor to provide services in accordance with the City's standards and regulations. Some of the key services that Lee Engineering, LLC. will provide include: • Traffic signal design and timing • Traffic operations analysis • Development of signal timing and traffic control plans • Signing and striping design • Pavement marking and signing • ITS design and development of standard specifications and details The contract also requires the vendor to cooperate with the City in communicating with other government entities, regulatory agencies, and private utility companies. The vendor must also provide sufficient qualified personnel to perform the services and utilize key personnel listed in the vendor's statement of qualifications. Cynecki, PE, PTOE - Project Manager These personnel have a combined experience of over 100 years in traffic engineering and transportation planning. They have worked on various projects related to traffic signal design, traffic operations analysis, and development of signal timing.
