Noxious Weed Spraying for Riverdell North, Middle Strawberry River and Timber Canyon

The State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources is seeking a contractor to provide noxious weed spraying and woody species cut stump treatment on two project areas in the Uinta Basin. The contract will be for 5 years, with the contractor providing weed spraying treatments according to the attachment B Scope of Work. The contractor must have at least 3 years of experience applying herbicide to the same or similar weeds mentioned in the IFB, and must have the equipment to allow spraying of weeds in the locations mentioned in the IFB. The contractor will be evaluated based on their bid price, with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder being awarded the contract. • The contract is for 5 years, with an option for renewal. • The contractor must have at least 3 years of experience applying herbicide to the same or similar weeds mentioned in the IFB. • The contractor must have the equipment to allow spraying of weeds in the locations mentioned in the IFB. • The contractor will be evaluated based on their bid price, with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder being awarded the contract. • The contract includes provisions for new technology and technological upgrades. • The contractor must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract, including the scope of work and the pricing structure.
