Lopez Water Project Habitat Conservation Plan Hydrogeologic Services

The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking a consultant to provide hydrogeologic analysis, reservoir modeling, and preparation of a Water Availability Analysis for the Lopez Water Project Habitat Conservation Plan. The consultant will be responsible for managing and performing all aspects of HCP development related to understanding hydrogeologic processes. The key aspects of this contract include: • Hydrogeologic analysis and reservoir modeling • Preparation of a Water Availability Analysis • Peer reviewing and updating the existing reservoir model • Developing alternative downstream release programs • Analyzing the hydrogeologic effects of downstream release alternatives This contract is intended to be awarded to ECORP Consulting, Inc. on or around January 13, 2015.
