Engineering Bridge/Structural Design ITQ (Please Contact Procurement Before Using)

This contract is for professional services related to engineering bridge/structural design. The City of Pittsburgh has entered into an agreement with HNTB Corp to provide these services on an as-needed basis. The contract includes provisions for work orders, compensation, and termination. The scope of work includes structural analyses and design of bridges, culverts, and other related structures. The contract also includes requirements for insurance, workers' compensation, and anti-discrimination. • The contract is for a term of two years with the option to extend for two successive periods of one year each. • The contract includes a provision for termination by the City of Pittsburgh with ten days' notice. • The contract requires HNTB Corp to carry insurance and provide proof of coverage. • The contract includes a provision for workers' compensation and requires HNTB Corp to certify that it has accepted the provisions of the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation and Occupational Disease Acts. • The contract includes a provision for anti-discrimination and requires HNTB Corp to comply with the City of Pittsburgh's anti-discrimination policies.
