The City of Wilmington is seeking qualified contractors to supply labor, materials, equipment, and related services to plant and maintain 632 trees throughout the city during FY 26. The work must be completed within 90 calendar days, with an 18‑month survival guarantee, and includes utility protection, property protection, debris disposal, and ongoing maintenance. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre‑proposal meeting, submit a per‑tree unit price, and provide the required insurance and M/WBE participation documentation. The contract will be awarded through a competitive sealed‑bid process and will be a fixed‑price, firm‑rate per tree arrangement.
