Easy Pay and ACH Mailing

This contract is an informal request for bid issued by Cuyahoga County’s Treasurer’s Office to procure the production and mailing of “Easy Pay” and ACH-related materials for the county’s tax collection program. The scope includes high‑volume printing, variable‑data imaging, folding, perforation, insertion, and first‑class mailing of ACH withdrawal letters, escrow coupon packets, and associated envelopes. All production must occur within Cuyahoga County, and the vendor is responsible for address cleansing, ZIP+4 addition, barcode generation, and meeting a five‑day turnaround after receipt of live data files.
