Municipal Services Building Construction Project

The City of Cleburne is requesting quotes for a construction project to construct and fully install a ticket counter, remove existing divider glass and counter top, and enclose a wall in the back office at the Municipal Services Building. The project must be completed by August 28, 2020, and the contractor is responsible for all clean up, removal, and disposal of debris. The contractor must also provide insurance coverage as required by the state of Texas. • The project includes creating a 60” x 38” opening in the front wall of the front office • The project includes enclosing the opening with proper supports and installing a ticket window • The project includes removing the existing divider glass and counter top in the back office and enclosing the opening with proper supports • The project includes providing and installing a new aluminum frame commercial door in the back office • The project includes painting the walls in the front and back offices
