Description
The State of Georgia, through Albany State University, is seeking a qualified supplier to provide waste disposal services. The contract term is from January 1, 2023, to June 30, 2023, with the option for four one-year renewals. The supplier must meet all the delivery requirements specified in the contract and provide the GA standard insurance coverage. The contract award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible supplier. Some key points to note include:
* The supplier must be able to meet all the delivery requirements in the specifications document.
* The supplier must agree to provide the GA standard insurance coverage and requested insurance certificates.
* The supplier must complete the Sales and Use Tax compliance form.
* The State Entity reserves the right to waive minor irregularities, reject any and all responses, request clarifications, and take other actions as permitted by law.
