REPLACE ROOFTOP UNITS

This contract is a competitive sealed‑bid procurement by Salisbury University for the demolition of five existing rooftop HVAC units at Devilbiss Hall and the supply and installation of five new packaged heat‑pump units, including all required mechanical, electrical, piping, conduit, insulation, testing, adjusting, balancing, commissioning, and warranty services.
