2018-0038 After School Enrichment - Active Youth Academy LLC

This contract is for after-school enrichment services provided by Active Youth Academy LLC to the Atlanta Independent School System. The initial term of the contract was from August 1, 2018, to November 30, 2023, but was extended for an additional seven months until June 30, 2024. The contract may be further extended for up to an additional seven months beyond June 30, 2024, by written agreement of the parties. The services provided by Active Youth Academy LLC include after-school enrichment programs for students. • The contract was amended on November 16, 2023, to extend the term and modify the renewal terms. • The contract may be terminated by either party with thirty days' prior written notice. • The contractor agrees to provide services to the Atlanta Independent School System in accordance with the existing terms and conditions of the contract. • The contract may be further extended for up to an additional seven months beyond June 30, 2024, by written agreement of the parties.
