OCCC Sustainability Initiatives

This contract is for consultation services and project development in the area of sustainability efforts at the Orange County Convention Center. The contract has a term of 4 years, from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2028, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The total amount to be paid by the COUNTY under this Contract for the base period shall not exceed $1,146,000. The CONTRACTOR is required to provide a waiver of subrogation or a waiver of transfer of rights of recovery, in favor of the County for the workers’ compensation and general liability policies. The CONTRACTOR must also maintain certain types of insurance coverage, including Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, and Workers' Compensation.
