MSO for FAU Medical Clinic

This contract is for a Management Services Organization (MSO) to provide services to Florida Atlantic University's new clinical practice, "FAU Medicine". The contract was awarded to Healthy Partners. The scope of work includes providing administrative services to support the clinical practice. Some of the key requirements include providing Workers' Compensation insurance, Comprehensive General Liability insurance, and Automobile Liability insurance. The contractor must also maintain these insurance coverages during the contract period and renewal periods. • The contractor must provide a detailed price proposal for the services listed in the "MSO Requirements" section. • The contractor must have experience in providing similar services to other customers. • The contractor must be willing to subcontract any of their services to other vendors if necessary. • The contractor must provide examples of how they have helped a practice expand in the past.
