Description
This contract is for lead abatement at 658 Villa Ave. in Akron, Ohio. The work includes removing existing windows, making repairs as needed, and installing new white vinyl welded construction windows with a minimum of 5/8" insulated air space and screens. The contractor must follow all applicable local building codes and regulations, including OSHA, and must have a current registration, bond, and insurance on file with the appropriate jurisdiction's building department. The contractor must also upload EPA 8-hour lead safe certificates and firm registration with the EPA. The estimated value of the contract is $9,000, and bids over 20% of the estimate may not be considered.
