The Southeast Kansas Education Service Center (Greenbush) invited interested companies to submit a proposal for Polar Heart-Rate Training Equipment. The successful bidder was Polar Electro, Inc. The contract requires the vendor to provide proposed pricing to any school district and/or other qualified public agency in the state of Kansas.
