Description
This contract is an IDIQ task order contract for architectural, engineering, and related services on an as-needed basis. The contract was awarded to Hazen and Sawyer for a period of two years, with the option to extend for three additional one-year terms. The contract includes provisions for scope of services, compensation, term, commencement, completion of work, nondiscrimination, insurance, indemnification, termination, compliance, and disputes. The contract also includes a waiver of jury trial and a cross-default provision. The scope of work includes civil and water resources engineering services.
