Description
The County of Riverside is seeking proposals from qualified parties to provide tattoo removal services for adult and juvenile offenders. The purpose of the RFP is to provide a service to improve the lives of offenders and the community by collaborating with local law enforcement to provide tattoo removal services. The contract is anticipated to be for 5 years with a completion date of 2020. The scope of work includes providing tattoo removal services and medically related services within the State of California.
