This contract is for the purchase of new, unused Nikon cameras and accessories. The contract was awarded to B & H Photo Video as the lowest responsive bidder. The total sum price for all Bid Items 1 through 5 is $18,252.00. The contract includes the purchase of Nikon D7000 cameras, Nikon SB-700 AF speedlights, Pearstone EN-EL15 batteries, Nikon MC-DC2 remote release cords, and Nikon SW-14H flash diffusion domes. • The contract requires delivery of the cameras and accessories to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department within 3 weeks from the date of purchase order award. • The contract includes all manufacturer's warranties and guarantees for the products. • The payment terms are net 30. • The contract does not include sales tax, which will be added to the purchase order at a rate of 8%.
