Roofing Replacement for Buena Vista Migrant Center

The Stanislaus Regional Housing Authority is seeking bids from General Building Contractors to provide roofing removal and replacement services at their property located at 113 Tierra Alta Dr., Watsonville. The scope of work includes removing the existing roofing material, exposing the solid sheathing, removing and replacing any dry-rot material, removing and replacing all fascia trim pieces, installing 30 lbs. roofing felt underlayment, and then roofing with three tab composition shingles.
