Oral Fluid On-Site Drug Test Kits

The County of Riverside issued a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Oral Fluid On-Site Drug Test Kits. The kits must test for and detect six substances: Amphetamine, Cocaine, Methamphetamine, Opiates, Beznodiazapines, and Tetrahydrocannabinol. Vendors were required to provide independent lab certification for cutoff detection levels in their proposal. The bid was later cancelled per Section 11.0 of the RFQ, and the County will reissue a new bid for further clarifications to vendors. • The RFQ was issued on November 3, 2009, and the bid submission date was December 14, 2009. • The County reserves the right to withdraw the RFQ, reject a specific quote for noncompliance, or not award a bid at any time. • All information submitted in the quotation becomes "public record" as defined by the State of California upon completion of the procurement process.
