Description
The Georgia State University (GSU) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from firms for the project known as Project No. 106-016-23, Y Deck Demolition and Surface Lot Development. The project involves the demolition of the Y Deck and the development of a surface lot. The GSU is looking for a General Contractor (GC) to provide services for this project. The contract will be awarded to the most qualified firm, and the selected firm will be invited to offer Competitive Sealed Bids for the project.
