On-Call Resinous Flooring

The Olathe Public Schools USD 233 is soliciting bids for an annual contract for On-Call Resinous Flooring services. The contract will cover properties within the Olathe Public School District, including 36 elementary schools, 10 middle schools, 5 high schools, and 14 other support locations. The scope of services may include new resinous flooring installation, resinous flooring replacement, and resinous floor repairs. The contract will be an annual contract with an initial three-year term and two one-year optional renewals. • The contract will have an effective date of June 1, 2024, and is subject to approval by the Board of Education. • The District reserves the right to award to more than one vendor. • The award decision will be made based on an evaluation of each line item. • The contract will require work to be done after 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, on weekends, holidays, or other days when spaces are not occupied by students. • References will be requested from the awarded vendor, and a certificate of insurance and performance bond will be requested on a project-by-project basis.
