PARTIES OF INTEREST REPORT (LIEN SEARCH)

The County of Sacramento is seeking a contractor to provide Parties of Interest Reports (Lien Search) on an as-needed basis. The primary users of this service are Code Enforcement and the Department of Finance Tax Collector. The contract is for an annual term, with the possibility of renewal. The vendor will be required to provide reports on a batch of properties annually, prior to the County's annual tax sales, as well as on a weekly basis for Code Enforcement.
