RFB Provide and Install Vertical Sliding Chalkboards

This contract is for the provision and installation of vertical sliding chalkboards at Weber State University. The successful vendor, Midwest D, will be required to furnish all necessary resources, transportation, services, labor, material, equipment, and supplies to supply, deliver, and install the chalkboards. The contract is for a one-time purchase, but the university reserves the right to purchase additional products based on this bid for up to 120 days after the initial purchase. The project must be completed by August 9, 2024. • The contract is valued at $83,422.00. • The vendor must provide a certificate of insurance naming Weber State University as "additional insured" for liability and worker's compensation. • The vendor must comply with the completion date of the project. • The vendor must provide product literature and samples for evaluation, if required. • The contract is subject to the terms and conditions of the Invitation for Bid (IFB) and the Utah Procurement Code.
