Baker Street Road Rehabilitation Project

The Baker Street Road Rehabilitation project involves the replacement of existing water mains, sewer mains, and storm drain pipes, as well as the installation of new sidewalks, catch basins, and manholes. The project also includes lane striping, warning signs, tree removal, and landscaping. The contract was awarded to Accura Construction Corporation in the amount of $995,932.00. The project is funded by the City of Keene's FY18 CIP Budget. • Replacement of approximately 650 linear feet of existing 8” CIU water main with 8” DI pipe and two gate valves • Replacement of approximately 1,200 linear feet of existing 6” VC sewer main with 8” SDR-35 PVC pipe • Installation of approximately 160 linear feet of new 12” RCP storm drain pipe • Installation of approximately 1,500 SF of cast-in-place concrete sidewalks with granite curbs • Reclaim and pave approximately 7,500 SY of roadway
