Church Street Improvements Project

The Church Street Improvements Project involves the reconstruction of approximately 3,000 linear feet of street, including curb and gutter replacement, driveway replacement, sidewalk installation, storm sewer installation, sanitary sewer replacement, street light installation, and lawn restoration. The project includes work on Church Street, Church Terrace, and Church Circle. The contract was bid on by several contractors, with the lowest bid being $2,147,339.50 by Amino Brothers Co., Inc. The contract also includes a 10% owner's contingency allowance.
