Architectural and Engineering Services for the Calaveras County Animal Services Shelter and Office Space

The County of Calaveras is seeking architectural and engineering services for the development of a new Animal Shelter. The selected firm will be expected to complete the architectural services within 9 months from the date of execution of an agreement or by a mutually agreeable date not to exceed one year from the date of execution. The contract was awarded to LDA Partners of Stockton, CA. Key aspects of the contract include: • The County desires to have the architectural services completed within 9 months from the date of execution of an agreement or by a mutually agreeable date not to exceed one year from the date of execution • The County will negotiate with those firm(s)/consultant(s) whose submittals are responsive to this RFQ and an award may be made to the offeror whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the County, all factors considered • Any documents submitted in response to this RFQ must provide sufficient detail and information to allow a complete evaluation of its merit • The County reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time
