The City of Hesperia is seeking a contractor to perform residential rehabilitation on two homes acquired through the Hesperia Housing Authority Foreclosure Remediation Implementation Program. The scope of work includes re-roofing, repairing electrical wiring, replacing damaged wood patio members, and other tasks. The contract was awarded to B Y Construction, Inc. as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
