Description
Clayton State University is seeking to purchase 14 ADEC 511B dental chairs, 14 ADEC 533 PRO Continental Radius Delivery Systems, and 14 ADEC Rear-Mount Adjustable Arms. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The university is looking for a supplier who can provide the required equipment and installation. The contract terms and conditions are provided in the eRFQ document.
• The contract is for a one-time purchase.
• The supplier must be able to meet all delivery requirements.
• The supplier must agree to provide the GA standard insurance coverage and requested insurance certificates.
• The supplier must be able to quote on the particular product in this bid.
• The contract will be based on the eRFQ, the successful supplier's final response, and the contract terms and conditions.
