Structures Specialist

This contract is for the provision of structures specialist services to the City of Orlando. The vendor, Recon Response Engineering, will provide an individual, Andrew Barrett Schrader, to serve as an Affiliated Personnel with the Task Force. The contract includes provisions for financial commitments, reporting and record-keeping requirements, and rules and code of conduct. The contract also includes provisions for termination, assignment, and miscellaneous provisions. • The contract is for a term of 3 years, with the option to renew. • The vendor is required to provide the City with records and reports as set forth in the contract. • The vendor is subject to the rules and code of conduct set forth in the contract. • The contract includes provisions for termination, assignment, and miscellaneous provisions. • The contract is subject to the laws of the State of Florida. • The vendor is required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. • The contract includes provisions for changes, amendments, and false claims and statements.
