IDIQ Architectural/Engineering (A/E) Services at TSTC - Statewide

The contract is for IDIQ Architectural/Engineering (A/E) Services at TSTC - Statewide. The scope of work includes providing A/E design services for anticipated new capital construction and backfill renovation projects at seven TSTC campuses statewide. The contract term is two years with an option to renew for three additional one-year periods. The selected vendors are Parkhill Smith and Cooper Inc, PBK Architects, Huckabee, and Energy Architecture, Inc. • The contract has a total of four awarded vendors. • The vendors will provide A/E design services for various projects across TSTC campuses. • The contract term is two years with an option to renew for three additional one-year periods. • TSTC reserves the right to check references prior to award. • The vendors must make a good faith effort to achieve the State of Texas HUB goals.
