The City of Palm Bay is seeking professional engineering services for the expansion of the South Regional Water Treatment Plant and the rehabilitation of the North Regional Water Treatment Plant Reverse Osmosis Plant. The selected firm will provide design, permitting, funding assistance, bidding assistance, and construction management services. The scope of work includes meeting all permit requirements.
