The California Department of Highway Patrol is seeking a qualified janitorial service provider to perform comprehensive cleaning and maintenance for the Santa Barbara Area Office facility. The contract covers full‑service janitorial duties five days per week, including carpet, floor, restroom, and exterior cleaning, with all labor, equipment, chemicals, and consumables included in the bid price.
