Description
The Defense Health Agency is seeking a commercial laundry‑linen provider to service the 436th Medical Group at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. The contractor will operate a commercial laundry facility, collect, launder, and return medical textiles and uniforms on a 48‑hour turnaround schedule, meeting strict infection‑prevention and quality‑control standards. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, 12‑month base period with up to four one‑year extensions, fully set‑aside for small businesses.
• Provide pickup (07:30‑09:30 AM, Mon‑Fri) and delivery of linens, blankets, towels, scrubs, lab coats, patient gowns, curtains, etc.
• Meet performance thresholds: ≥ 95 % delivery accuracy, ≥ 98 % container sanitation, and zero defects for non‑reimbursable repairs.
• Comply with OSHA, CDC, AFI infection‑control requirements and submit monthly invoices via WAWF; report labor hours annually via the Air Force CMRA portal.
