N66001-26-Q-6106 - Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Order to H3D, Inc.

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to H3D, Inc. for the procurement of Cadmium Zinc Telluride (CZT) gamma-ray detector packages. The requirement includes the purchase of 5 packages, each consisting of a 19 cm^3 CdZnTe detector, detector control hardware, real-time data collection and spectrum visualization, real-time imaging reconstruction, and post-processing user interface. The packages also come with a two-year tech support and warranty period. • The Government intends to negotiate solely with H3D, Inc. under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901. • All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. • A copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be made available upon request. • All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM).
