Budget estimate

$88,000 – $180,000

The solicitation lists an estimated total construction cost ranging from $1.1 million to $1.5 million. Assuming the contractor’s profit margin for a civil‑utility project of this size is roughly 8‑12 %, the expected net earnings would fall between about $88 k and $180 k.
