Lane Avenue Improvement Study & Design

The City of Upper Arlington is seeking a vendor to provide Design Professional Services for the Lane Avenue Improvement Study & Design project. The project involves designing the mill and overlay of West Lane Avenue between Riverside Drive and Tremont Road, and the reconstruction of West Lane Avenue between Tremont Road and Northwest Boulevard. The selected vendor will be required to provide design drawings, a construction cost estimate, and other necessary pre-construction items. The project includes traffic improvements, roadway improvements, signal improvements, and public involvement meetings. • The project has a scheduled construction start date in the summer of 2027. • The vendor must provide a deliverables schedule and maintain it throughout the project. • The project package must be ready for construction solicitation by March 2027. • The vendor must provide man-hour estimates for the various tasks noted in the project scope. • The City of Upper Arlington will evaluate proposals based on project team, past performance, understanding of the project, project schedule, and hours.
