PW 26-024 Purchase and Delivery of Bulk Fuel

The City of Avondale is seeking a qualified vendor to provide the purchase and delivery of bulk fuel, including unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel, for its fleet operations. The contract will be for an indefinite quantity and number of deliveries, with the City purchasing approximately 185,000 gallons of gasoline and 135,000 gallons of diesel fuel annually. The vendor will be required to provide pricing bids according to a defined schedule, and deliveries will be made within 24 hours of receipt of a fuel order.
