Remove & Replace Dishwasher BLDG 20226

The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to remove and replace the existing commercial dishwasher, food tray accumulator, and water heat booster at the existing Dining Facility, building 20226, at Fort Bliss, Texas. The contractor shall provide a new commercial dishwasher, food tray accumulator, and water heat booster, and all associated components with a capacity that meets or exceeds the existing units. The contract duration is 180 days after notice to proceed. The project requires the contractor to provide all work, labor, materials, related fees, and related services for construction requested herein until completion and acceptance of the entire work. Key requirements include: • Providing a new commercial dishwasher with a capacity that meets or exceeds the existing unit • Providing a new food tray accumulator with a capacity that meets or exceeds the existing unit • Providing a new water heat booster with a capacity that meets or exceeds the existing unit • Ensuring all components are properly installed and function as per the manufacturer's recommendations • Conducting operation tests on each piece of equipment to determine that components operate properly • Coordinating fire alarm tests with Fort Bliss Fire and DPW PM prior to construction and once construction is complete
