Description
The State of North Dakota is seeking a vendor to provide two integrated, cloud‑based solutions: (1) a comprehensive financial accounting system (Category A) to replace legacy Great Plains and support full GL, AP/AR, budgeting, reporting, and integration with PeopleSoft; and (2) a data‑repository and analytics platform (Category B) to store historic performance data, enable querying, reporting, dashboards, and workflow automation. The award will include licensing, implementation services, data migration (up to 30 years of performance data and several years of custodial data), integration with external custodians and the PAS system, ongoing maintenance, support, and training. The State requires FedRAMP/HITRUST/StateRAMP compliance, Azure AD/AD‑B2C authentication, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, and a robust security and risk‑management framework.
