The Kentucky Abandoned Storage Tank and Orphan Well Reclamation Program (KASTOW) is seeking a contractor to perform reclamation services for orphan wells in Todd County. The project includes the reclamation of sites in Todd County. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to complete the project. The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a qualified contractor to perform the work. Key aspects of the project include:
