The State of Tennessee is seeking a qualified contractor to design, fabricate, and install a full‑length metal awning over the employee‑entrance sidewalk at the Western Mental Health Institute, including a raised roof section to accommodate box‑truck pull‑under loading, integrated LED and emergency lighting, and site restoration. The contract is a one‑time purchase‑order awarded to the lowest responsive bidder, with delivery and installation required within 15 days of order issuance and full completion by mid‑November 2026. Bidders must hold an appropriate Tennessee contractor license (if contract value exceeds $25,000), provide three recent comparable project references, and satisfy extensive compliance certifications (debarment, Iran divestment, illegal‑immigrant attestations, etc.).
