2025 OXIDATION DITCH NO. 3 REHABILITATION AND MECHANICAL IMPROVEMENTS

The City of New Port Richey is seeking bids for the rehabilitation and mechanical improvements of Oxidation Ditch No. 3 at the City's Wastewater Treatment Facility. The project includes pressure washing, removing and replacing expansion joint filler and sealer materials, sealing cracks in concrete basin walls, and cleaning and repairing concrete spalling. The project also involves removing existing mechanical aerators and replacing them with new equipment, as well as removing and replacing the existing effluent weir gate. • The project is located at 4730 Main Street, New Port Richey, Florida 34652. • Bidders must obtain a set of Bid Documents from the Engineer to be eligible to bid on this project. • A Pre-Bid meeting and site visit will be conducted on November 18, 2025, at 10:00 AM, but attendance is non-mandatory. • All questions must be emailed to Brent Heath at [email protected] by 4:00 PM on November 25, 2025. • The bid opening will be held on December 12, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
