Description
The City of Chandler is seeking up to three qualified consulting firms to provide construction‑management, inspection, and coordination services for its Fiber‑to‑the‑Home (FTTH) program. The work is limited to oversight and management—no actual construction work will be performed by the contractor. The consultant will review engineering plans, inspect field work, manage schedules, and coordinate with utilities and developers within the public right‑of‑way. The contract is an initial one‑year term with the possibility of four additional one‑year extensions, for a total potential duration of five years.
