ASO Self-Funded Health Plan

The Alief Independent School District (AISD) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified health‑plan carriers or TPAs to provide Administrative Services Only (ASO) for its self‑funded employee health plan. The scope includes claims payment, member services, provider network management, utilization‑care management, vendor carve‑out coordination, banking, and compliance/regulatory oversight. AISD requires integrated plan options such as EPOs, tiered ACOs, and PCP‑controlled HMOs, and will not work with commissionable agents or brokers; Alliant Insurance Services remains the district’s Agent of Record.
