Oxygen and Acetylene

The County of Steuben is seeking bids for the provision of Oxygen and Acetylene. The bid document includes specifications and requirements for the provision of these services. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The bidder must submit two sets of bid documents, one original and one duplicate. • The bidder must provide a signed and dated Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate. • The bidder must provide a signed and dated Hold Harmless Clause form. • The bidder must provide a signed and dated Iranian Energy Sector Divestment Certification. • The bidder must provide proof of Workers' Compensation Insurance Coverage. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the New York State Labor Law and the General Municipal Law.
