Description
The Jones County Board of Commissioners is seeking sealed bids for the construction of the FY2025 LMIG - Leveling, Overlay, and Stripping of Various Roads project. The project consists of full-depth reclamation, leveling, overlay, and stripping of various roads, including Wyan Avenue, Graham Woods Circle, Kent Road, Henry Drive, and Castle Court. Bidders must be licensed by a pre-qualified Georgia Department of Transportation Contractor and must be fully insured and bonded. The bid bond must be in an amount not less than 10% of the amount bid, and the successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount.
• The project is expected to be funded through the Jones County Board of Commissioners FY2025 LMIG Programs & SPLOST.
• Bidders must acquire Bidding Documents from the Engineer in order to bid this project.
• The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
• The bid opening date is July 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET.
