The Department of War is announcing its future intent to procure a commercial fork lift electric. The intended equipment will support engineering, earthmoving, and base operation tasks. The technical requirements are currently being finalized. The notice is for informational and market planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB).

The fork lift electric will have a powerful 2000 W electric heater, a roof lining with interior lighting, a sun visor, and a panoramic rearview mirror. It will also have a joystick for controlling lifting, tilting, and auxiliary hydraulic functions.
