This notice announces Mississippi State University’s intent to award a sole‑source Technical Support Agreement (TSA) for its i2s CopiBook OS A2 XD scanner and the accompanying Scantheus software. The agreement will provide hardware failure remediation, software updates, and remote support to protect a high‑value scanning investment. Only Image Retrieval, Inc. (DBA Image Retrieval) can supply the service because it is the exclusive U.S. reseller and support center for i2s equipment.
